TERMS OF SERVICE FOR COMMISSIONS
by default if you proceed to commission me you agree to the following:

1. No refunds. I request payment after we agree on what to be done by me (that may include a rough sketch of the idea).
2. The prices listed are for artwork for personal use only. Commercial rights are negotiable.
3. You can NOT alter a commissioned artwork without my consent, but you're free to post it to any platform you wish. Please credit me if you do so.
4. Payments can be done using Hipolink which works with PayPal (USD, RUB)
5. Adjustments/revisions during the process are allowed (and encouraged if I draw a character incorrectly), but please voice them on the earlier stages of the drawing process if possible. If adjustments are needed not because of my mistake, you can request up to 3 of them. I will not make any large changes to the artwork (for example different hand positioning is fine, but completely changing a composition is not).
6. Do NOT use for AI and NFT.
7. You have a right to ask me to not publish your commissioned artwork.
